Shipping

For the Dress Coat, free worldwide shipping is offered.

Orders are shipped from Italy. Delivery times vary by destination and generally range between 5–15 business days.

All prices include taxes, duties, and customs fees. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

Tracking details are provided once the order has shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU and Italian law.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

Costs:

Return shipping costs are covered only if:

1 - An incorrect item was sent.

2 - The item presents a manufacturing problem.

Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including returns due to incorrect size choice or personal preference.

Conditions:

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that show signs of wear or use beyond reasonable inspection may be refused.
